| Main application |
Large quantities of gas volume, decomposition temperature is easy of regulating, good compatibility of rubber, low-cost, high-brightness products. Widely applied in foaming rubber, such as natural rubber, nitrile butadiene and styrene rubber, the products will not change color and be free from contamination. Moreover, it is widely applied in compression molding and blow molding of plasticized PVC. Usually add some additives (such as surface-treated urea, biuret, salicylic acid, phthalic acid and polyols etc., ) in foaming processing to reduce the decomposition temperature within the scope of 120 - 190 ° C to produce gas. As it will release substantial heat during decomposition process, please carefully handle it while applied in thick products. |
