| Main application |
As a common type of accelerator, widely used as medium and over speed vulcanization accelerator for variety of rubber, natural rubber and the general synthetic rubber, good smoothness of Vulcanization, has the similar character and application with 2-Mercaptobenzothiazole. Vulcanization critical temperature is 130°C. The activity will be increased while temperature above 140°C, with nice delayed action and safe sulfuration. Always combinated with other additives to improve its activity. Adopted in crosslinked rubber to improve its aging resistance, adopted in white or multicolor proofed goods, unqualified for rubber products for food. Applied in tyre, rubber pipe, rubber overshoes and rubberized fabric, etc.. |
