| Main application |
A fast curing accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber and latex. It is more active and lower scorching than rubber accelerator PZ & EZ in dry rubber. The most suitable curing temperature is 95-110℃. The latex contained accelerator BZ can't be prevulcanized in a week. It can be used as antioxidant in the mixing rubber and can improve the anti-aging properties. Non color degradation, non-staining and easy dispersion in rubber process. It is a good activator for thiazole accelerator. As the second agent in dry rubber the dosage is for the amount of 0.5-2 . |
