| Main application |
It is foaming agent in low temperature. The decomposition product is colorless, non-toxic, odorless and non-pollution; Very slow decomposition; As low shrinkage and high tear strength of the foam products, it is applied to closed-cell plastics (such as athletic shoes and obturator tape) and blown sponge; It can't be applied to work with H foaming agent and aluminium salts agents. It can be applied in PVC to obtain white foam product with fine, uniform foaming effect, but in some conditions the mould should be plated with chromium in its surface. It is necessary to avoid the processing temperature becoming too high ( generally not more than 80 ° C ) to prevent foaming early. |
